Institute a no touching rule with him. This isn't your problem. It is his problem, and all the liars issues to deal with. If he touches you again inappropriately, make a scene right on the spot. And call his wife on the map for it. If he grabs your let's say, challenge her in front of others why she would defend her husband feeling another woman up. Call her pathetic.
