I am liable to fix this?

I recently sold my mobile home. The couple that bought it came to look over the place 3 different times. I have signed over the title for the property and have received all money from the couple that bought it. Since I signed the title over to them that makes the mobile home their property, no longer my problem. Well today they called me, and were fussing that there was some sheetrock dmg. Rewind to the 1st time they came to look at the mobile home. I showed them every ding I knew of including this one. Keep in mind this is a 10 yr. old mobile home, so of course it will not look brand new, if they wanted that they should have gone and bought a brand new one. On the bill of sale, I made it clear that no warranty was implied at all. We both signed the bill of sale and title....its a done deal. What do you think?
