How do you modify a person's psyche that thinks drugs are 100% exclusively necessary to cure/fix everything?

jesus christ. That is serious. Ok I don't usually like the idea of intervening in other peoples lives but this sounds like a life or death situation. I can't see how taking 17 prescription drugs wouldn't end badly for someone. I think you need to get some outside intervention.
