Could I get out of paying my property tax with this reasoning?

I don't want my property taxes going to pay socialist fire fighters for people who burn their houses down because they fall asleep with a cigarette in their mouth... is there any way I can stop my property taxes going to these commie fire stations? I don't even smoke cigarettes, I don't think I should have to pay for fire fighters. If my house ever catches fire I'll put it out my damn self, I don't want them coming in breaking my windows with their axes and getting paid for it by MY hard earned money.
