Has anyone attended a Police TeleCommunicator interview where they were given a keystroke test & mock call?

I was advised that I will have to take a "keystroke" test and role play for a mock 911 call. Has anyone ever experienced this before? What exactly are the interviewers seeking? (How many words per minute ...how should the "mock" call be handled, etc. Thank you.
