A school bus stopped next to me. I couldn't really help it! Then a cop wrote me a ticket. What do I do?

I was driving next to a school bus when he decided to stop. A cop was on the other side of the road and he CLAIMS that I ped the school bus while it was stopped. I would NEVER have ped a school bus that was clearly stopped to unload kids. No kids were leaving the bus when I ped. *IF* I did happen to p the bus at an inappropriate time, it's because it stopped next to me and I didn't have much of a choice. I live in Fairfax County, VA. Is there anything I can do to NOT get a reckless driving charge? I wasn't trying to p the bus, he stopped right next to me!
