Evolution by Natural selection will not stop till there is nature ie environment. evolution is not just macroscopic changes but also microscopic changes. and you can know very well how environment alters our lifestyle by the occurrence of new diseases of the century like diabetes, cancer.. there is again chance that natural selection will help to evade these diseases
