What does it mean when a guy you think "likes" you plays footsie with you?

Im in 8th grade and i really like this guy. I'm like 90% sure he likes me (long story). He sits right across from me in 2 cles and he'll just randomly play footsie with me. I REALLY like him and hes like my best friend. ??????
