What is the difference between honduras and canadian lobster tail? i bought a pound and a half tail(mmmmmmm)?

i usually get the honduras. this time i got canadian. its soo big, do i cook it the same? any ideas would be appreciated. i was thinking about making a er sauce and poaching it in that(a little water, garlic, er ,paprika and pepper) for about 8 min then transfering to the oven. ???sound ok? ive made it in the broiler before-not that big and overcooked it so i nees suggestions. THANKS!!!!!
