Where can I find Shiba Inu puppies in Winnipeg?

I am strongly against puppy mills, so I hope no one's dumb enough to post ads for them online. Also I would very much prefer that the puppies arn't products of inbreeding. I simply will not buy a pup that is going to have a huge vet bill.
