Has anyone had trouble with Capital One credit card??

Unfortunately we got over our heads in our credit card minimum payment and weren't able to afford our payments. I called Capital One to see if they had a "re-payment" program or anything they could do to help us and they said no. Since, they have sent us to NCO for collections and are threatening legal actions. Has anyone had problems with this?
