Legally Can I kick out my tenants?

I am Prime tenant subletting other rooms. They all rent from me. In the original rental agreements I included electricity, but can no longer afford to do so. Ive explained to my room mates that I need them to pay an extra 30 per month for electricity but they refuse. Can I legally kick them out? obviously i would give thirty day notice but what is the best way to handle this situation?
