How to get a patient of mental disorder & depression admit in Agra Mental hospital.?

I'm not sure how it works in India, but in America if a person is an adult they have to admit themselves, unless someone has medical power of attorney. If he's a harm to himself or others you could call the police and they could bring them in against his will, but it's easy for the patient to pretend that they're fine and fool the police. You won't be provided a cab by the hospital, I'm pretty sure. I'd go for the police route. The best thing to do is to try to convince him to go in himself.
